Generative Artificial Intelligence (GIA) redefines the limits of intellectual authenticity in the production of scientific knowledge, demanding new approaches to academic integrity. This article proposes an integrated model that preserves the authenticity of knowledge in the face of IAG challenges. The model is based on theoretical review, analysis of institutional policies, pedagogical studies and evaluation of technological tools. Academic integrity in the era of IAG is not a problem to be "solved" but a dynamic process. The proposed model synergistically integrates: updated standards, innovative pedagogical practices, and support technologies. The model is expected to contribute to transforming academic integrity into an ecosystem of authentic intellectual development, overcoming punitive approaches.
