Abstract

Using the criminal investigation police officers model of Polícia Civil do Estado da Bahia, this study was developed to identify performance indicators to manage police station. This research used literature review and participant observation. Eleven performance indicators were identified, addressing issues like: production, impact, productivity and quality. They were tested with simulations methods. The results need of real tests.
